Corp Yard Division

What we are

The Corporation Yard is the base of operations for the City Fleet and Plant Maintenance Facility, Street Maintenance Crew, Water and Wastewater Maintenance Crew, and Electric Utility Maintenance Crew. The expenses for the Corporation Yard are divided respectively based on the amount of square feet that each department occupies.

What we do

  • Maintain the Corporation Yard for use by all departments that are housed at the facility
  • Allocate space to each department and account for equitable allocation to each department
