PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This recurring mast project funds reimbursable work performed by the Electric Utility upon the request of residential and non-residential customers. There are generally two types of requests: 1) specific work the cost of which are reimbursed by the customer (e.g., pole relocation), and 2) emergency repairs of damage to electric system property resulting from vehicle crashes and other accidents that will be reimbursed by the party responsible for the damage. Incurred costs are recovered through the city's billing and accounts receivables process.
