PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This is a ten-year project proposed to replace the City's current Customer Information System with a Customer Relationship Management system and create a data warehouse and customer contact portal for Utility Services. This also included enhancements to the telephone system to transition to an enterprise IVR, along with rewiring to extend WIFI to city areas to integrate a sufficient cirtual collaboration system. Funding for htis project also supports the implementation of the Work Asset Management System.
