PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this project is to design modifications to an existing stormwater management facility (SMF) to alleviate known structural flooding at private residences on Paddrick Drive and Dutchess Court in the Killearn Estates and Barron Parc Subdivisions. The proposed improvements would be located on property owned by the Killearn Fairways Townhomes Homeowners Association and the Killearn Country Club.
