Organizational Effectiveness
Treasurer-Clerk, Technology and Innovations
We strive to be the best public-sector employer in the nation and maintain a workforce that is inclusive, pioneering, and technology driven. City Departments, in conjunction with the Technology and Innovations Department, continuously look for new ways to work more efficiently while also providing better end product. At the same time, City staff continues to implement new procedures and systems to help customer service for our City customers. Within the Capital Improvement Plan, both aspects of this can be found, and with direction from the Strategic Plan, millions of dollars have been appropriated to help support this mission.
Another aspect of organization effectiveness is with the City's Fleet. Every year, the Fleet Department will look to provide normal maintenance and repairs, while also looking to purchase new, more environmentally friendly vehicles for the City's staff to utilize.
