Department Information

Human Resources supports all levels of leadership in the successful implementation of employee initiatives and the achievement of established goals. Additionally, through the facilitation of two-way dialogue to understand employees' needs, Human Resources can provide coaching and support to employees at all levels of the organization, affording everyone the opportunity to focus on the work to which they have been entrusted. We maintain an open-door policy, welcoming all who wish to make contact for any and all reasons, and the Human Resources Director remains committed to 24 / 7 availability. We care about the success of the City in its endeavors and the employees who dedicate their careers to the service of others. As such, and as echoed in this department, “The City of Stuart does not sleep, nor shall we.”
