Who Are We?
Facility Use Management
- Manage facility scheduling at the County Government Center.
Facility Maintenance
- Provide attractive, clean, safe, and accessible public buildings and grounds. Maintenance includes 668,630 square feet of County building space.
Mail Room
- Provide interoffice, UPS, Federal Express, and U.S. postal services to all County departments.
COVID-19 Response
- Community Facilities has led the effort to protect County employees and the public entering County buildings for services. Community Facilities staff has supplied protective plexiglass screenings and hand sanitizers to all Departments located in these buildings. Additionally, Community Facilities has led the effort to provide extra cleaning services to hard surfaces and high touch areas through the use of Division staff and contracted cleaning services. Staff also assists with sanitizing buildings after a COVID case has occurred and created an exposure within County buildings.
