Activities concerned with directing and managing the operation of a particular school. This includes activities performed by the principal, assistant principals, and other assistants while they supervise operations of the school, evaluate staff members, assign duties, supervise and maintain records, and coordinate school instructional activities with those of the local education agency (LEA). These activities also include the work of administrative support staff that supports teaching and administrative duties.
