OVERVIEW

Stonegate was formed in November of 1988 and is located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito, east of Airline Highway and north of Quien Sabe Road. Stonegate has 74 parcels: 72 developed residential, 1 undeveloped, and 1 communal lot with tennis courts and a community park area.

The operating budget unit for CSA#31 is (3160) and an additional budget unit is outlined below for servicing a loan for a capital water project (3245).

SERVICES

Services provided by CSA No. 31 to Stonegate include payment of utilities to PG&E and water treatment services. Payment of utilities to PG&E is for operation of the water treatment plant and telephone services for alarm systems. Water treatment services include the payment to a vendor for operations and maintenance of the existing water treatment plant. They also include payment to San Benito County Water District for water usage, and operations and maintenance services provided by the Water District associated with water supplies, including necessary capital improvements. The HOA assumed responsibility for storm drainage improvements, street sweeping, and street lighting.
