County Service Area department believes the residents of San Benito County should expect equal, efficient, and high quality customer service for all County Service areas despite size or location. County Service Areas are designed to provide services to communities built outside City limits.

• Identify steps to CSA Rancho Larios to take over Waste Discharge Requirement permit from County
• Meet with CSAs Cielo Vista and Dunneville to review condition of waste treatment systems and steps to remediate

• Establish base of vendor services to increase flexibility and enable quick response to CSA/CFD maintenance needs

• Hire .75 FTE maintenance person to respond to maintenance issues with CSAs and CFDs
• Establish reserves for operating contingencies and capital improvements
