OVERVIEW

Rancho San Joaquin was formed April of 1987 and is located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito, south of Comstock Road and east of Fairview Road. Rancho San Joaquin has 30 parcels, all of which are developed residential.

SERVICES

Services provided by CSA No. 23 to Rancho San Joaquin include storm drainage improvements and Road Maintenance. Storm drainage improvements and services include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of drainage ditches and detention ponds, and the cleaning of storm drainage boxes within Rancho San Joaquin.

Maintenance may include:

• Mow weeds seasonally using a beater tractor

• Trim weeds

• Clean inlets and outlets

• Grade to restore flow-lines

• Rip detention ponds for improved percolation

• Maintain chain link fence surrounding the detention pond

• Remove trees and brush

• Remove trash and litter
