OVERVIEW

Hillcrest/El Toro was formed in March of 1968 and is located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito; it is made up of two zones. Zone A is located west of El Cerro Drive, east of the Veterans Memorial Park and along El Toro Drive. Zone B is located north of Hillcrest Road, south of Meridian Street, east of Clearview Drive and along El Camino Paraiso. Hillcrest/El Toro have 85 parcels: 83 developed and 2 undeveloped.

SERVICES

Services provided by CSA No. 5 to Hillcrest/El Toro include payment of utilities to PG&E for street lighting and road maintenance. Road maintenance may include asphalt parching, chip slurry seal as required, and repair of street signs (graffiti and other vandalism).
