(370) Debt Service Fund

The unit provides the administration with the ability to service the County's long-term debt; it allows for accurate and timely debt service payments on the County's long-term debt as the general obligation.

Jail Expansion – The County has issued certificates of participation to raise capital to finalize the expansion of the jail. Servicing this account will come from revenue from impact fees and AB 109 realignment funding. Expenses would be the payment amount for that fiscal year.

Behavior Health Building - Certificates of Participation (COP) to be paid through Behavioral Health fund.

This fund addiotnally now also includes the Energy Reasource Managment Division tied to the Solar Panel project on multiple county buildings. Previously this division was charged to its individual fund, but will be aggregated to the Debt Service Fund (370) going forward.
