OVERVIEW

Ausaymas Estates was formed in November of 1989 and is located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito, south of Comstock Road, east of Rockie Road and along Ausaymas Court. Ausaymas Estates has 7 parcels, all of which are developed residential.

SERVICES

Services provided by CSA No. 34 to Ausaymas Estates include payment of utilities to PG&E for street lighting, storm drainage improvements, and road maintenance. Storm drainage improvements and services include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of drainage ditches and detention ponds, and the cleaning of storm drainage boxes within Ausaymas Estates. Maintenance may include:

• Mow weeds seasonally using a beater tractor

• Trim weeds

• Clean inlets and outlets

• Grade to restore flow-lines

• Rip detention ponds for improved percolation

• Remove trees and brush

• Remove trash and litter

Road Maintenance may include asphalt patching, chip or slurry seal as required, and repair of street signs (graffiti and other vandalism).
