Impact Fees
The County of San Benito has maintained an Impact Fee Program since the late 1980's. Impact fees help finance government facilities and equipment that are needed relative to new development and increased populations. The most recent impact fee report can be found here: Impact Fee Report FY18/19. Each impact fee is held in either a separate special revenue fund or budget unit that are outlined below.
