OVERVIEW

Rancho Larios is a small residential community located in the County of San Benito, just west of San Juan Bautista. The Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) formed County Services Area No. 45 in August of 1995 which authorized the County to provide maintenance of drainage facilities, maintenance of streets, maintenance of recreation facilities, landscape, open space, street lighting, water service, sewer service, street sweeping, and extend Police and Fire services to the Rancho Larios Development.
