Bonnie View was formed in August of 1974 and is located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito, north of Sunny Slope Drive, south of Hillcrest Road, east of the Veterans Memorial Park and along Bonnie View Road. Bonnie View has 39 parcels, all of which are developed residential.

Services provided by CSA No. 8 to Bonnie View include payment of utilities to PG&E for street lighting and road maintenance. Road maintenance may include asphalt parching, chip slurry seal as required, and repair of street signs (graffiti and other vandalism).
