(1015) Non-Departmental Expenditures Division

This division is used to pay general fund expenses that aren’t impacted by only one department. Capital transfers, general fund insurance costs, and general administrative contracts are a few uses of this fund. Funding for retained consultants with extensive experience in saving distressed Hospitals is also included in this division.
