The Clerk of the Board is committed to ensuring quality public service to residents, elected officials and staff by providing timely, accurate and accessible information regarding the public meetings of the Board of Supervisors and various Boards and Commissions.

• Implemented new video viewing options for Board of Supervisor meetings and various commissions for the public and staff to access.

• Significantly reduced the use of paper for public meetings and implemented new electronic processes for agendas, contracts, resolutions, and ordinances to give the

public easier and faster access to public records.

• Implemented e-signature on all board executed documents to reduce paper and provide faster access to documents to the public and staff.

• Almost completed all scanning of historical records in the Hall of Records and made available online to the public and staff.

• Make all documents and records available to the public online in an easy and efficient manner.

• Make recordings of meetings available to the public on an online platform for easy and efficient access.
