Impact Fee Funds

The County of San Benito has maintained an Impact Fee Program since the late 1980's. Impact fees help finance government facilities and equipment that are needed relative to new development and increased populations. Each impact fee is held in either a separate special revenue fund or budget unit that are outlined below. Click on each link to find the relevant impact fees proposed FY 25/26 budget.
