(1100) Community Programs Division

This unit primarily consists of allocating to private non-profit community-based organizations providing services to the most venerable individuals and families in San Benito County. Beginning Fiscal Year 2017/2018, The Board of Supervisors modified this program. The Board froze the allocation for $120,000 and segregated it into two sections. The senior based programs are allocated $80,000, in which the application process has been waived. A total of $40,000 is awarded to local non-profits who are subject to the application process.
