(1245) Bookmobile Division

The San Benito County Free Library Bookmobile serves as a mobile branch of the San Benito County Free Library, delivering books, media, and other library material to community members who live in rural, geographically isolated areas of our county who otherwise may not have transportation to visit the library. The bookmobile also serves the community’s home-bound population and nursing home residents who would not otherwise have access to physical library materials. Visits are also scheduled at schools, after school programs, and community events with the purpose of providing library materials for checkout, library outreach, and increasing community awareness regarding library programs and resources.
