OVERVIEW

Creekside was formed in 2014 and is comprised of the Creekside 5 and Creekside 6 subdivisions, both located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito. Creekside 5 is located at the extension of Cypress Street, north of Sunnyslope Road. Creekside 5 has 8 developed residential parcels and 1 open space. Creekside 6 is located on Los Altos Drive, just south of Hillcrest Road. Creekside 6 was authorized to be developed with up to nine residential parcels with an open space area.

SERVICES

Services provided by CSA No. 55 to Creekside include payment of utilities to PG&E for street lighting, storm drainage improvements, and road maintenance. Storm drainage improvements and services include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of drainage ditches and detention ponds, and the cleaning of storm drainage boxes within Creekside.

Maintenance may include:

• Mow weeds seasonally using a beater tractor

• Trim weeds

• Clean inlets and outlets

• Maintain open space

• Remove trees and brush

• Remove trash and litter

• Rodent and mosquito control

Road Maintenance may include asphalt patching, chip or slurry seal as required, and repair of street signs (graffiti and other vandalism). Street sweeping will be performed by the County once a contract is entered into.
