(3295) Inclusionary Housing Fee
Division Overview
The inclusionary housing fee was created under County Ordinance 951. Residential developments consisting of five or more lots are required to provide inclusionary housing or pay an in-lieu fee. The fees are to be used to increase, improve and preserve the supply of affordable housing and services.
