OVERVIEW

Vineyard Estates was formed in August of 1987 and is located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito, northeast of Southside Road, north of Tres Pinos Creek and west of Airline Highway. Vineyard Estates has 26 parcels, all of which are developed residential.

SERVICES

Services provided by CSA No. 25 to Vineyard Estates include storm drainage improvements. Storm drainage improvements and services include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of drainage ditches and detention ponds, and the cleaning of storm drainage boxes within Vineyard Estates. Maintenance may include:

• Mow weeds seasonally using a beater tractor

• Trim weeds

• Clean inlets and outlets

• Grade to restore flow-lines

• Rip detention ponds for improved percolation

• Remove trees and brush

• Remove trash and litter
