Santa Ana Acres was formed in May of 1987 and is located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito north of Santa Ana Road, south of Franny Brick Lane and west of Rosebud Avenue. Santa Ana Acres has 27 parcels, all of which are developed residential.
SERVICES
Services provided by CSA No. 24 to Santa Ana Acres include payment of utilities to PG&E for street lighting, storm drainage improvements, and road maintenance. Storm drainage improvements and services include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of drainage ditches and detention ponds, and the cleaning of storm drainage boxes within
Santa Ana Acres. Maintenance may include:
• Mow weeds seasonally using a beater tractor
• Trim weeds
• Clean inlets and outlets
• Grade to restore flow-lines
• Rip detention ponds for improved percolation
• Maintain chain link fence surrounding the detention pond
• Remove trees and brush
• Remove trash and litter
Road Maintenance may include asphalt patching, chip or slurry seal as required, and repair of street signs (graffiti and other vandalism).
