Recommended Budget FY20/21
San Benito County's Strategic Plan was developed through a multi-stage process with input from a wide variety of stakeholders including the Board of Supervisors, management, staff, and the public. The Strategic Plan provides a blueprint for investments of resources, time, and energy to meet the needs of the community. It establishes key values, focus areas, a mission, and a vision that the County will prioritize. The Strategic Plan will guide the policies and operations of the County. The focus area icons (see above) are included in the departmental budget narratives to identify the goals that each department is focusing on. Thus, the Strategic Plan is incorporated throughout the FY 20/21 Budget and help identify the relationship between the department's implementation of Strategic Plan goals and their budgets.
