We act as the bank for the County, Schools, and Special Districts. We accept their deposits, manage credits and debits with our operating bank. We are responsible for all voter-debt and COP payments. We analyze and maintain a cash-flow system to meet daily cash obligations for our depositors. We invest excess funds not needed for immediate obligations.
