OVERVIEW

Holliday Estates/Santa Ana Estates was formed in April of 1980 and is located in the unincorporated area of the County of San Benito, north of Santa Ana Road, east of Rosebud Avenue and along Daffodil Drive and Jonquil Lane. The other portion of Holliday Estates/Santa Ana Estates is located south of Sunnyslope, west of Sunnyslope Lane and east of Fairview Road. It has 84 parcels: 83 of which are developed residential and 1 undeveloped.

SERVICES

Services provided by CSA No. 16 to Holliday Estates/Santa Ana Estates include payment of utilities to PG&E for street lighting, storm drainage improvements, and road maintenance. Storm drainage improvements and services include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of drainage ditches and detention ponds, and the cleaning of storm drainage boxes within Holliday Estates/Santa Ana Estates. Maintenance may include:

• Mow weeds seasonally using a beater tractor

• Trim weeds

• Clean inlets and outlets

• Grade to restore flow-lines

• Rip detention ponds for improved percolation

• Remove trees and brush

• Remove trash and litter

Road Maintenance may include asphalt patching, chip or slurry seal as required, and repair of street signs (graffiti and other vandalism).
