The Administration division of Public Services is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Public Services Department. Its' primary functions include administration of procedures, coordination and direction for each of the divisions, and public information for the department. Additional responsibilities include implementation and coordination of citywide capital improvements, planning for future improvements to ensure timely delivery of quality projects, and emergency management citywide.
