CASH BALANCES BY FUND

Click on the graph to see more detail about fund cash balances. This cash is not all available to spend. Some of it is restricted for specific uses, some of it is bond proceeds held by bank trustees as fiscal agents, some of it is reserved for future capital needs, and some is held for operating reserves. The cash reported includes that invested by the City Treasurer as well as that held by banks as fiscal agents.
