As mandated by Title II of the Americans Disabilities Act, this program implements flexible on-call construction contracts to respond to ADA physical access needs as they arise due to changing conditions, new requirements, and qualified requests for accommodations. It includes repairing wheelchair lifts, constructing access ramps, modifying restrooms, and installing accessible equipment. This program does not include major ADA Transition Plan implementation activities, and it did not undergo the CIP Prioritization Scoring Process because it is not possible to predict which ADA projects will be needed.
