The General Fund is used to account for and report all financial resources not accounted for in another fund, and is available for any purpose provided it is expended or transferred according to the general laws of Ohio. In 2023, the City will pay off the $7m Economic Development BANs. The focus of the 2023 budget is to increase service levels which requires adding 17.5 FTEs/ new personnel.
