The mission of the Norcross Court Services Department is to ensure prompt, impartial, and consistent adjudication of cases under our jurisdiction and to maximize the community’s confidence and trust in the court through communication, education, and innovation.
About the Department
The City of Norcross Municipal Court is presided over by a Chief Judge. The Court Services Department, led by the Chief Clerk of Court, oversees the day-to-day operations of the court, supporting adjudication of misdemeanor traffic cases and city ordinance violations. The department is responsible for the maintenance of all original citations in compliance with the municipal government common record retention schedule, citation payment processing, administrative support during court hearings, preparation of the court schedule, and receipt of documents including entries of appearance, motions, and demands.
