Others are content to simply use the facility for work or study. Still others consider the library the go-to source for entertaining and educational experiences. LVDL is a popular materials library. The collection is vast and appeals to people of all ages. And because people have different styles and preferences for how they receive information, materials are provided in a variety of formats.
Offering space to study, work and meet is an integral component of our mission and amoung our most popular services.
Library programs are entertaining, educational experiences for a wide-variety of ages and interests. They also provide opportunities for people to be together and to get to know one another. At LVDL programs are another example of how we live our mission of connecting people to resources, services, spaces and each other.
Our Business Center offers visitors the ability to print, scan documents and access public computers. Additionally our specialty services, such as notary and test proctoring, are available free of charge and help us serve those who may not be regular library users.
LVDL cardholders have options for having materials delivered to their homes. Homebound Delivery is geared toward those confined to their homes who might need assistance selecting and accessing library materials. LVDL Delivers lives up to its name. Cardholders can place items on hold and have them delivered to their front door.
Different people use the library in different ways. From traditional services to the more modern, LVDL is dedicated to meeting our community's needs, every day.
