water and sewer FUND

The Water and Sewer Fund accounts for the revenue and expenses associated with the provision of water services to Village customers. The Fund also accounts for the revenue and expenses associated with collecting and transporting wastewater to the regional treatment facility on a user-charge basis. Funding is provided by user fees which supports activities including administration, operations, billing and collection, maintenance and improvement of facilities.
