PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project will complete a minor interior reconfiguration of the 2nd floor at Village Hall. The Village conducted a space use analysis in 2022 to determine appropriate improvements to reconfigure various areas in the Village Hall for future shared space opportunities. As part of the recommended improvements, the architect recommended a limited reconfiguring of the Village Hall second floor area. Improvements would include the removal and replacement of several doors, infill of previous doors, and the build-out of an additional conference room.

OPERATING IMPACT

No changes to annual operating impacts projected.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES / STATUS

The interior refresh of the 2nd floor at Village Hall would reconfigure the space to provide better access to offices and create an additional conference room accessible by users.
