PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project will include rehabilitation of the sections of the Village Hall shingle roof and installation of additional attic vents. Observations during the Village's annual roof inspection determined that several sections of roof will require rehabilitation, and the attic ventilation currently provided is not sufficient. Work will include the removal of the shingles, replacement of the underlayment and other work to rehabilitate the deficient areas.

OPERATING IMPACT

Ongoing operational maintenance of the roof will continue, such as inspections and minor repairs. The roof will need eventual replacement in approximately 10 years.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES / STATUS

Roof inspections have been completed, and an estimate for the work has been provided. The project will remove shingles and address roof deck issues observed during the inspections.
