PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Main Street and the surrounding streetscape were constructed in 2008. During the project, a median barrier, decorative sidewalks, planters and other site furniture were installed to enhance the downtown. The installed streetscape is beginning to show signs of deterioration and needs more expansive maintenance improvements. This project will include conceptual design services for the replacement of deteriorated streetscape elements in the downtown with a focus on concrete and paver brick replacement.

OPERATING IMPACT

There are no operating impacts to the budget at the conclusion of this service.
