STAFFING SUMMARY

Village staffing changes from fiscal year 2020/21 to fiscal year 2023/24 are shown in the following table. A reorganization of the Village Manager's Office and Financial Services Department was completed at the end of fiscal year 2022/23. The Assistant Village Manager position was replaced by the Deputy Village Manager/Chief Financial Officer position in the Village Manager's Office. The Finance Director position in the Financial Services Department was replaced with the Financial Services Director. The Assistant Finance Director position was eliminated. These changes will serve to further the Village's efforts toward realizing the vision and key strategic performance areas established by the 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. Two part-time Community Service Officers were also eliminated and reclassified into one full time Community Service Officer position.
