capital improvement FUND

The Capital Improvement Fund accounts for the resources provided for capital improvement project expenditures, such as roads, buildings, and other infrastructure improvements. This fund also accounts for the purchase of equipment, including vehicle replacements. Funding is provided by the General Fund, Motor Fuel Taxes, Utility Taxes, and the Navistar TIF Surplus.
