Administration Department

The Council shall appoint a City Manager who shall be chosen primarily on the basis of his/her executive and administrative training, experience and ability. The City Manager is the chief executive and administrative officer of the City, responsible to the Council for the efficient administration of all the City's affairs placed in the Manager's charge by or under the City Charter.
