Description

The administration of human resources of the City shall be governed by written rules and regulations to be known as "Personnel Policies". The City Manager or his/her designee shall prepare such policies and recommend their adoption to the City Council. Human Resources also administers employee benefit programs, provides clarification of personnel policy issues, advertises/recruits for available positions, resolves employee relations issues, and facilitates employee and management training.
