FORWARD PROCUREMENT SCHEDULE

A forward view of the next 18 months' procurements over $200,000 (ex GST).

The Forward Procurement Schedule

Given the diverse range of goods and services procured annually in support of Ipswich City Council's delivery of services to the community, it is important to provide industry with advance notification of major and strategic procurement opportunities planned. The Forward Procurement Schedule articulates these potential procurement opportunities. The scope, scale, schedule and complexity of individual planned procurements is listed across various procurement categories such as Goods and Services, Information and Communication Technologies, Building, Construction and Maintenance, and Fleet.

All Planned Procurements are subject to revision, withdrawal or cancellation. Information about upcoming Procurements is provided for planning purposes only and it does not represent a solicitation or constitute a request for proposal, nor is it a commitment by the Ipswich City Council to purchase the described goods or services. If you are interested in doing business with council you can self-register via the below email address. VendorPanel MarketPlace is council's chosen online platform for its tendering and quotation requirements.

Registering provides you with an opportunity to do business with Council but does not automatically make you a supplier to Council.

The publishing of a Forward Procurement Schedule supports the delivery of the Buy Ipswich Approach (see link below). Council’s procurement policy and procedure will ensure that local business and industry in the Ipswich City Council local government area are supported. The Buy Ipswich approach provides a framework to council officers when purchasing future goods, services and/or works and providing the Forward Schedule supports businesses to prepare and respond to opportunities presented by Ipswich City Council.
