Project: Fire Station No. 6 & Fire Training Center

Project Description

The Fire Station No. 6 (07481) and New Fire Training Center (07482) Projects include deconstruction of the existing buildings and construction of nine new buildings and structures. These include: Fire Station 6/Classroom Building; Apparatus Building; Burn Building; Training Tower; Storage Building; Hangar Building; Outdoor Classroom Building; Urban Search & Rescue/BART Training Structure; and the Entry Structure. Construction began in August 2020 and the buildings were occupied in various stages beginning in February 2023 through August 2023.
