For the Adopted FY 2023-24 budget, there is a decrease of -0.604 FTEs Citywide from the Adopted FY 2022-23 budget.

A Human Resources Manager and a Human Resources Analyst are adopted in the FY 2023-24 budget to assist with administrative and professional work needed in overseeing the activities related to employment, classification, policies and procedures.

There is currently a right sizing of positions within the organization, placing FTE in the departments for which services are rendered.
