Pursuant to Colorado Revised 29-1-106 notice is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, County of Gilpin, Colorado, for the ensuing year 2022. A copy of proposed budget is open for public inspection at the Gilpin County Courthouse (2nd Floor) located at 203 Eureka Street, Central City, Colorado 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Public hearings are all virtual and are posted at www.gilpincounty.org , Finance Department. There will be a virtual Board of County Commissioners meeting on the 14th day of December, 2021 for review before the adoption. NOTICE OF PROPOSED SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Gilpin will consider the following 2021 supplementary appropriations at their regularly scheduled meeting on December 7, 2021, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Gilpin as follows:
that the sum of $803,090 be supplemented as additional expenses to the Human Services Fund for food assistance; $803,090 from food assistance revenue; that the sum of $79,395. be supplemented as additional expenses to the Public Health Fund for grant expenses; $79,395. from grant revenue; and that the sum of$100. be supplemented as additional expenses to the Conservation Trust Fund for Treasurer Fees from the fund balance. that the sum of $122,630.69 be supplemented as additional expenses to the Solid Waste Fund for Insurance Claim
/Truck Repairs from the fund balance. Insurance claim money received in 2020. that the sum of $12,050. be supplemented as additional expenses to the Parks & Recreation Fund for grant expenses; $12,050. from grant revenue; and that the sum of $471,093. be supplemented as additional expenses to the General Fund for grant expenses; $471,093. from grant revenue; and that the sum of $333,005. be supplemented as additional expenses to the General Fund for Human Services Building expenses from the fund balance.
