Patrons are able to order materials through our online catalog, by email, or over the phone for pickup. Pickup hours will be limited Monday – Friday from 11am – 2pm.

  3. Call the service hotline (303) 569-9951 during our limited service hours to place orders over the phone


  1. Absolutely NO one other than staff will be allowed in the building. Wi-Fi is still available in the parking lot
  2. You will be notified by phone when your order is ready
  3. Orders can only be picked up during limited hours (Monday – Friday from 11am-2pm)
  4. Upon arrival, call the hotline to let us know you are waiting in the parking lot
  5. If you don’t have a phone, knock loudly on the front door to alert staff
  6. Any communication will only take place through the door
  7. All item(s) will be checked out to your account for 3 weeks (even DVDs)
  8. Your items(s) will be placed on a small table right outside the front door
  9. A safe distance must be maintained or the item(s) will not be delivered. A good rule of thumb is to stand at the top of the stairs.


  1. Only item(s) that we currently own are available for checkout. Our statewide interlibrary loan service has been suspended. Also, we will not be purchasing new items during this time
  2. Online, email, and phone orders are our first priority. Walkup orders communicated through the front door will be tried on a limited basis but may be discontinued if it limits our ability to process other orders
  3. All orders may take up to 24 - 48 hours to process depending on demand
  4. Returns WILL ONLY be accepted through the outside book drop (next to the meeting room door). We will not handle your returns at the front door
  5. Borrowing limits are still in place. No more than 20 books and 10 DVDs checked out to your account at any one time
  6. Service may be suspended at any time if we are placed under a Stay-At-Home order


  1. For online access through the catalog, your login information is your 14-digit library card number and last name lower case. Please call (303) 569-9951 during our limited service hours or email if you are having difficulty
  2. Most item(s) will automatically renew for another 3 weeks on the due date
  3. No fines will be charged on overdue item(s) during this time of limited service
