What we plan to accomplish in 2023-2024

In addition to onboarding a new Agency of Record (AOR) and refining our ongoing marketing strategy, the CVB is excited to identify and hire the final two FTE’s and become fully staffed. Multiple projects for FY 2024 include the acquisition of additional visitor research, the conclusion and sharing of the Tourism Master Plan project, expanding the messaging and promotion of the stewardship campaign and completion of architectural plans for a possible expansion of the Visitor Information Center in FY25.
