Enabling Legislation

The following documents include all enabling legislation documenting the appropriation of the Year Ended December 31, 2022 budgets for the City of Fountain.

The budgets were all appropriated in a timely fashion in accordance with State regulations. The final Exhibit (A) indicates the changes requested by City Council to add $100,000 to the Police Department and $50,000 to the Streets Department, both in the General Fund. This $150,000 change represents the difference between the initial proposed and the final budgets. In addition, it is an example of the focus on public safety and transportation infrastructure in accordance with the strategic plan.
